During my 37 years in the Commercial Real Estate industry, I have represented (Tenant Rep) over 240 businesses in building searches and lease negotiations. My career included leasing 16 office buildings on behalf of the Landlord’s totaling over 4.7 million square feet of office space.
I had the privilege of working for the developers of Las Colinas, an internationally known 12,000 acre master planned community of office buildings, hotels, sports clubs, high-end housing, multi-family, heavy retail, and home to numerous Fortune 500 global companies.
One nine-year assignment included leasing the 1.4 million square foot Landmark project, The Towers at Williams Square, an internationally recognized project located in the heart of Las Colinas. Additional assignments have included land sales, office building sales/acquisitions, and condo sales.
